Main Hall

 

The main hall measures approximately 15.5m x 6m  (50ft x 20ft) and has direct access to the grounds and car park via double doors.  You can also use a small ante room off the main hall and a large cloakroom for coats.  We also have Wi-Fi and a cinema projection screen.

 

The hall is wheelchair friendly with entry ramps and disabled parking and toilets. The hall floor makes a great dancefloor, there is lots of daylight and the vaulted ceiling with wooden panelling add warmth and character.

 

We have a premises licence for alcohol and entertainments.  This means you can have alcohol on site, but if you want to run a bar or sell any drinks you must first get a personal licence to sell alcohol from Waverley council, which takes about a month.

Kitchen

 

We have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, electric oven (payable by meter, £1 per hour), kettles and microwave.  There is also a Burco hot water urn for larger events.

 

There is a serving hatch to the hall, with doorways to the hall and back garden ideal for busy helpers!

Our Grounds

 

We have a large, private, fenced garden immediately outside the back door next to open fields and is 30m wide x 20m (max) deep.  Perfect for children's birthday parties!

 

In addition, there is a second lawn area by the car park that is 60m long x 9m (at narrowest) to 27m (at widest).

 

Our car park has 26 spaces plus two disabled bays and is away from the main road but right outside the front door of the hall.

You'll Need to Bring

  • Cake knife/server, dishcloths, tea towels, hand towels for kitchen, cloths and detergent for cleaning kitchen surfaces, toilet cleaner.
    We provide: cleaning equipment ie brooms, dustpan & brush, mop & bucket etc.

  • A couple of £1 coins & 20p coins for the hot water meter – so you can wash up and everyone can wash hands. 

  • Electric extensions if you want to play music outside or use a projector.
