OUR HALL

Busbridge Village Hall is an attractive multi-functional venue situated in the beautiful Surrey countryside, and is a great venue for all types of events.  It is run as a charity by volunteers for the benefit of the local community.

HISTORY

Busbridge Village Hall was established as a charity in 1948 (Registered Charity No 304983) when the land on which the hall stands was donated by a well-known local family of the day - the Pleydell Bouveries.  The hall itself was donated in 1951 by Mrs Earle, the owner of Busbridge Hall, in memory of her son; it had previously been a cricket pavilion.  The land and hall were donated for the education and well-being of the people of Busbridge.

JOIN US....WE NEED YOU!!

We welcome help in running the hall and are keen to hear from anyone who is interested in joining the committee.  We would particularly welcome anyone who can help with fundraising or building repairs and maintenance or who has organisational skills.  If you can spare a couple of hours each month, please contact us.

HELP US

We are a registered charity and are always looking for ways to raise money particularly for the costs of building maintenance and repair.  If you would like to make a donation or know of any bodies giving out grants or sponsorships, we would love to hear from you.
